Can I transfer it to the second house even though I am not selling the first house? (I am planning to use the first house as a rental property). Or are there any short-cuts that can be taken? For instance, can the same solicitor act on behalf of both parties? If one of you bought the property recently and you know there is no risk of landslide, and that there are no outstanding statutory notices and so on, does the solicitor still have to go through this all over again?

My grandfather bought and sold stock and was telling me all about it. Some days he’d earn a ton of money and others he’d lose a ton. It interested me and now im thinking of buying stock in a comany like Microsoft. How would i do that? And how do you earn money by doing so? When do you by and when do you sell, how much stock should i buy, how much is each share, and any other information on this. Thank you very much for all answers. Also would this be a good thing to get into?
