My parents legally acquired a piece of land in Montalban, Rizal and they’ve been taking care of it for almost 8 years now. The land is about 3,637 sq. m. and they’re planning to sell it this year. So, my question is…what do they have to consider first before they sell it? Is the starting price of P500,000 reasonable? Is there a way that my parents could bring the price to a higher level?
