I am the receptionist for a millionaire developer.I see most everything going in & out of this office.He buys & sells for profit or buys & develops malls,hotels,ect. (by the way he is a great guy.)I have no experience at all:but when I see the millions of dollars moving in & out of his office, I thought…if I had enough money, maybe I could do something on a small scale like he does? And yes I am going to ask him what he thinks too. I just don’t want to talk to him without having some idea before hand. I would appreciate some advice. Thanks

How does it work selling & buying a house at the same time? We plan to sell our house to buy a new house. But in order to get a loan for the new house, I know our old house would first have to be sold. Is there a way to work things out so that when we sell our house we can move into a new house without having to rent an apartment in between (I don’t want to have to move 2 times in a short period). How do the loans work for that type of situation?

ArmyWife27 asked: were military…we will be going to ft bragg in nov. we will be there for 3 years. We want a nice home….and trying to weigh out renting a home…(about 1200/mo) or buying a home (almost 200,000)
And if we buy a home…would it be better to sell it in three years…or to rent it out when we leave? since rent would be more than our mo. payment…
This is where we are from…all our family is and whatnot….so we will visit and possibly move back one day but not positive.
Is there any way to rent and not be in the area? or rent thru a real estate agency somehow? I guess if there were problems family could take care of some things for us…
Or would all the fees and and processes of buying a home not be worth it? We prob qualify for a VA loan w.e. that is lol.
Im trying to read up on this stuff im clueless…but its so much i dont know!!! Opinions PLZ!
