We went to the flea market the other day and noticed they had people selling dogs. I don’t necissarily think its a good idea but what do you think?
Yeah it kind of disturbed me too. Plus you never know what your going to end up with, you definately have don’t have any kind of health guarentee. It looks like they are trying to put a stop to it at ours. They don’t bring the actual pups anymore just photos but it still bugs me

I am about to get one strike against me on ebay, how much will that hurt me in future selling or buying?
Thursday, April 23rd, 2009SpeakTheTruth asked:
I have had the account for around 3 years and have never had anything negative happen at all. My current rating is 100%. I have sold about 15 things and bought 12. The seller is going to file a complaint against me and said that it will give me a strike. I am not going into detail on the whole story, but it is honestly my fault I deserve the strike.

Buying/ Selling textbooks on campus and international textbooks?
Monday, April 13th, 2009livegreen350 asked:
Hello,
I’m planning on selling my used textbooks next year to new incoming students to that class, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me from experience whether or not books with highlights and notes in them sell for less, or if the students actually like used textbooks with notes written in the margins. What about when selling to the used book stores?
Also, a question about international books:
I’m a freshman in college, and and I just realized there were such things as “international” textbooks sold online. I didn’t buy it first semester despite their cheaper prices, because I did not trust them. I’m wondering how those international versions differ from the actual print. What are some cons for purchasing the international version instead of the real version? And has anyone tried selling the international books after use? Are students still interested in buying a used “fake” version? Thank you.

Selling and buying another house while in bankruptcy?
Monday, April 13th, 2009jj asked:
My house is worth $325.000.00 and I pay $3,025 a month to bankruptcy. I want to know if it’s possible to sell my house buy a new house for $80-$90 and pay off the bankruptcy with the money from the sell of the house. My concern is that because I am in bankruptcy I will not pre-qualify for a housing loan. Does anyone out there have the answers to my questions.
