renting.vs buying & selling Q?

This is where we are from…all our family is and whatnot….so we will visit and possibly move back one day but not positive.

Is there any way to rent and not be in the area? or rent thru a real estate agency somehow? I guess if there were problems family could take care of some things for us…

Or would all the fees and and processes of buying a home not be worth it? We prob qualify for a VA loan w.e. that is lol.

Im trying to read up on this stuff im clueless…but its so much i dont know!!! Opinions PLZ!

We only want to stay in the new house for a 1-1/2 years. I am starting my career in about a year and a half so at that time we will probably have to relocate. Will we take a loss buying and selling that quickly??? Help? We need more room because we have one child and another one due in May. What should we do???

Question about buying/selling a Psp?

Selling our home and buying new one?

If we find a new home and want to purchase it before we find someone to buy this one does that mean we are stuck with both the payments until the other one sells? Or is there anything the bank will do to hold off payments while your selling or anything like that? We have been told our home should sell fast but you never know and I don’t want to have to pay for two houses at once. Can anyone proivde me with any information?
